HPA first trained me as a property management assistant and then took me on permanently. I never knew about HPA at first, but was always fascinated by the harbour. My job consists mainly of normal PC work in the office in Speicher P and internal meetings with the team or with tenants like logistics companies, shipyards, restaurants or recycling yards. The meetings are about, for instance, the traffic in front of the leased spaces or about individual tenant topics.
My appointments outside the office consist of viewings and handing out or taking back keys to properties. I have to wear protective clothing when I enter one of the leased port spaces. I’m continually amazed by the size and diversity of the port. If you would like a secure job in a socially-conscious company, HPA is definitely right for you.
We work in an entrepreneurial-like manner, efficiently and sustainably. We stand behind our employees and offer a secure job within a socially-conscious framework. What we do is with a sense and purpose. Because it’s about your future. We rely on that and on each other. That’s just how HPA is.
For your job, this means:
A total of 1,800 jobs across 7,000 hectares of port space offer the right working field for everyone.
